CS Amit Jain, proprietor of firm, is a qualified fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is a qualified associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) and Law Graduate.

Before setting up the organization, he has worked as a Manager - RFO (Registrar Front Office) under MCA-21 E-governance Project managed by Tata Consultancy Services and also served eminent Indian corporate group, namely Anik Group of Companies over a span of 12 years.
